It’s been a big month already! We kicked off in early November with pedestrian gantries going up, services being disconnected, and asbestos safely removed – all key steps for the big milestone: demolition.

Eight months in, and with just under five months to go, we’re continuing to hit our milestones and welcome our patient residents back home.

Another quick turn-around project delivered for Armstrong’s. This time at their High Street, Lower Hutt showroom.

From cladding going on to internal framing and in-ground services underway, this project is moving fast.

We’re thrilled our Wellington Airport Retail Park Southern Façade replacement project reached Practical Completion this month.

It’s been all systems go at Armstrong’s Lower Hutt Railway Ave showroom and service centre.

We’ve officially hit the six-month mark at Herbert Gardens, and it’s been nonstop progress ever since we opened up the site gates!

We’ve now been six months on site, and it’s great to share that seismic strengthening is progressing strongly.
