There’s been some serious progress at our Kāinga Ora Fantame Street project since we kicked off in late June.

With nine floors all at different stages, the team has been flat out, putting in the hard mahi to keep things moving.

With the exterior taking shape and interior works now underway, it’s exciting to see this mixed-use development come to life.

All 18 units at the Farmer Cres, Taitā development are weather-tight.

We’re proud to be working with Kāinga Ora delivering another 28 new homes for Porirua, with construction starting soon.

Last week, the Drifter project team headed south to experience Drifter Christchurch and see exactly what’s in store for our capital city.

As we enter the final weeks on site at Herbert Gardens, we’re reflecting on what has been an incredibly complex and rewarding project delivered within an occupied building.
