Sod turned for new social housing development

Earlier this week, we were honoured to join representatives from Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities and Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira for a sod blessing at our newest Kāinga Ora social housing development in Porirua.

We’re excited to be kicking off our third project with Kāinga Ora, delivering 28 homes for the community. The development will comprise of 15 two-bedroom, two-storey terrace homes, two two-bedroom, two storey duplex homes, eight three-bedroom, two storey duplex homes, and three five-bedroom standalone houses.

With construction set to begin in just a few weeks, we’re looking forward to bringing this project to life and creating quality, warm homes for whānau. It’s a privilege to build homes for people in need in Porirua and contribute to the strength and wellbeing of this vibrant community for generations to come.
