The Aoraki team are a diverse group of skilled, experienced and all-round great people!

The Aoraki whānau of 38 has grown organically through connections and friendships – resulting in an exceptional team of like-minded people and a culture of high performance.  Our direct-employed Aoraki team is made up of capable and experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, project support and concrete & carpentry crew.

We are proud that our team is made up of individuals from different backgrounds who bring their own unique skills, experience and motivations, all of which contribute to how we deliver cool buildings in Wellington.  We’re also proud supporters of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) and bucking industry norms, our Aoraki wāhine make up 24% of our team.
