Affectionately known on site as "Boss Dion", he's recognised for his practical leadership, problem-solving ability and the respect he earns from clients, subcontractors and project team members.
Joining Aoraki in 2021 as a Leading Hand Carpenter, Dion immediately established himself as an excellent Site Manager. With extensive knowledge across commercial construction, Dion successfully delivers everything from seismic strengthening and heritage restoration through to large-scale residential developments and complex refurbishments.
Away from work, Dion has no shortage of hobbies. Whether he’s preparing a gourmet meal, rock climbing, tramping, hunting or heading to the pistol range, he enjoys keeping busy and is always up for a new challenge.
