With a career spanning decades in commercial construction, Aaron began as a carpenter before moving into site management. He enjoys building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors while leading teams to deliver high-quality projects. Over the years he has taken pride in mentoring and training many apprentices as they began their careers in construction.
His steady nature under pressure, easy-going personality and willingness to support those around him have made him a favourite among subcontractors, labour crews and his project teams.
Outside of work, Aaron is a self-confessed Mad Max fan.
