Emma confidently leads the commercial management aspects of the projects she is involved in, often becoming engaged early during the preconstruction phase. She sets her projects up for success through the procurement of all subcontractors, as well as our self-performing concrete and carpentry teams, ensuring outstanding commercial outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
