Nathan leads by example and is known for his hands-on leadership style, always willing to mentor others and share his knowledge with the team. He thrives in managing day-to-day site operations, while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. A strong communicator with exceptional planning skills, Nathan leaves nothing to chance and is respected for his ability to keep projects running smoothly.
