Welcoming Dwell Housing Trust team onsite

It was a privilege to share the progress on our 12 new one and two-bedroom homes with the Dwell Housing Trust team.

The structure is really taking shape quickly, with cross-laminated timber (CLT) floor slabs and pre-nail wall frames going into place. We’re now up to Level 2 of the 4-storey building, and it’s exciting to see these future homes taking shape with each lift and installation.

Visits like this bring the purpose behind the project home. Hearing Dwell Housing Trust Chief Executive Elizabeth Lester talk about these homes going to “those who really need them” is a great reminder of why this work matters.

We’re proud to be working alongside Dwell Housing Trust to make these homes a reality and play our part in delivering much-needed housing for our Wellington community.
