Recognising outstanding wāhine in construction

Last week, our team had the pleasure of attending the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) NZ Excellence Awards. A celebration of the incredible wāhine who are making a lasting impact across our industry.

It was fantastic to see so many talented women recognised for breaking barriers, supporting others, and helping shape the future of construction.

We were thrilled to celebrate alongside our two finalists, Caroline Anderson (Excellence in Site Operational Management – Site/Field) and Beckie McKinnley (Rising Star – Site Office), whose dedication and professionalism make them incredibly deserving of this recognition.

Congratulations to all the finalists and winners, and a huge thank you to National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) NZ for hosting such a memorable evening celebrating the people driving positive change in our industry.
