Aoraki’s flagship development project, this new-build complex with 12x one and two bedroom apartments has been designed with community housing needs at front of mind. Aoraki have partnered with Dwell Housing Trust (Dwell) who will manage and operate the apartments as permanent-resident community housing under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Development lease model. Aoraki will own the completed property and Dwell have an option to purchase during the period of the 25 year lease.

The apartments, designed by Greg Shadbolt of Tilt Architecture are spacious and have a high-ceiling with plenty of natural light. Each apartment has its own private courtyard or balcony, large living area spaces and full insulation for warmth.

The location is super-convenient, close to the Basin Reserve, Wellington Hospital, public transport and plenty of local amenities.
