Exterior envelope for Paperscape nearly completed

We’re now 5 months in and lots has been happening on this site and we’ve got a busy few weeks ahead of us.

In the coming weeks, the Innova Stratum Duo cladding will start going on, bringing us closer to completing the exterior envelope. Roofing is expected to be finished, external framing completed, and the joinery will be on site, ready for installation. Meanwhile, internal framing will soon begin, alongside the installation of in-ground services at the rear, allowing the final concrete pours outside to happen before Christmas.

The project is tracking really well, with close collaboration between the owners Rob and Katharina, Alan Craig Design and the onsite delivery team. We’re all looking forward to what we can achieve prior to Christmas.
