Demolition complete at CareVets & Apartments site

Last week the full building demolition got underway, and it’s been all action since. The structure is now completely down, the material has been cleared from site, and we’re down to the final task of removing the remaining foundations.

We’re now gearing up for another exciting phase, with earthworks for the new three-storey mixed-use build, featuring a vet clinic and 10 new apartments – set to begin this week as the ground is opened up for construction. Before we hit the Christmas break, the team’s focus is to have the site fully cleared and excavated, with underground services installation already kicking off.

Come the new year, we’ll be hitting the ground running with completion of services and the formation of the ground-floor raft slab. Big progress already and even bigger steps ahead! Shout out to Priority Demolition Ltd for a job well done.
