Celebrating our amazing Aoraki wāhine

Last night, we had the privilege of celebrating with the Wellington Regional finalists for the NAWIC Excellence Awards, and we’re incredibly proud to have two of our own Aoraki wāhine, Caroline and Beckie, recognised as finalists.

To say we’re proud is an understatement. Their dedication, leadership and contribution to our team and the wider construction industry make this recognition thoroughly deserved.

In a few weeks, ten of us will attend the NAWIC Excellence Awards Gala Dinner in Wellington. It’s a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women across New Zealand’s construction sector and recognise the people helping shape a stronger, more inclusive industry.

Congratulations and best of luck to Caroline and Beckie. No matter the outcome on the night, you’ve already made us incredibly proud, and we’re grateful for everything you bring to Aoraki every day.
