It’s been a busy start to the year for our team on site in Ōtaki.

A key milestone has been reached on site, setting the stage for the next phase of construction.

We’re progressing at great pace with key structural and services work finished and interior stages now in sight.

It’s been a big month already! We kicked with pedestrian gantries going up, services being disconnected, and asbestos safely removed – all key steps for demolition.

Eight months in, and with just under five months to go, we’re continuing to hit our milestones and welcome our patient residents back home.

Another quick turn-around project delivered for Armstrong’s. This time at their High Street, Lower Hutt showroom.

From cladding going on to internal framing and in-ground services underway, this project is moving fast.

We’re thrilled our Wellington Airport Retail Park Southern Façade replacement project reached Practical Completion this month.
