Structural steel arrives at FPC Martin Square

On 01 July we received our structural steel delivery, setting the stage for the next exciting phase of the build. Over the next two weeks, the new roof structure, new mezzanine floor, and feature stair will take shape, with Kingspan roofing to follow shortly after.

We’re looking forward to a productive fortnight ahead as we form a standout new office space for our friends at First Principles Constructors Limited.

Thanks to Stewart Engineering and Banks Cranes for getting set up on site. We have also been having a great time collaborating with Studio Pacific Architecture and Silvester Clark Consulting Engineers on this project so far.
