CareVets & Apartments

This project involves demolition of the existing building on site, then construction of a new three story mixed use development. The new three story building will include a new vet space on the ground floor, along with undercover car parking. Level 1 & 2 will consist of ten two story apartments.

The project involves forming a raft foundation slab with the ground to first floor consisting of both block walls, structural steel and precast concrete elements for the Level 1 slab. For Level 1 and Level 2 this is largely timber framed construction with the Level 2 floor being constructed from CLT flooring. Each apartment features its own balcony area.
