Practical Completion gets the big tick!

Early this month we handed the interior spaces over in full to both tenants and it’s hard to tell if they or us were more excited, despite becoming great neighbours.  Finally, the space is restored in full for them to fully utilise as a stockroom again, in the lead up to what is sure to be a frantic retail silly season.

On the exterior we’ve completed all of the façade replacement, having installed over 1500m2 of façade system against the remediated structural steel frame.

A fantastic outcome achieved through strong collaboration.
