After 6 months on this project we recently reached practical completion and are thrilled with the finished results.

There has been a lot happening at Herbert Gardens, first residents looking to move in next month.

With demolition nearly completed it’s all systems go for preparation for the shear walls.

We’re excited the re-roof and exterior refurbishment at 97 Bolcoutt Street is to be completed next month.

There has been a huge amount of new scope to get through to ensure that the existing structure will support the new façade system but cladding is now going on just in time for winter!

Last week, some of our Aoraki women attended a NAWIC Parenting in Construction event – a great evening of honest kōrero, shared experiences, and mutual support.
