FPC Martin Square on track for completion
It’s been a hot minute since our last update on FPC Martin Square, and we’re now rapidly progressing towards completion at the end of September.
Over an incredibly busy 4 weeks with all hands on deck we’ve erected a new steel structure, poured a traydec mezzanine floor, laid a new Kingspan roof with amperlight panels, fitted aluminium window and door joinery, installed Nu-Wall cladding, framed interior walls, and run new services — all left exposed for the industrial aesthetic of this unique headquarters.
Next up on site is painting and decorating, floor finishes, kitchen joinery, bathroom fit-off, and some exciting feature finishes. We’re excited for the team at First Principles Constructors.
