Floor by floor, we’re welcoming more residents back to Herbert Gardens

With 2 more floors to hand over before the end of the year (which brings us to 36 completed apartments) and five more floors in the new year, we’re holding our momentum and staying focused on the finish line. We are looking forward to dig into some unique challenges on the Ground Floor, Basement Floors, and Annexes.

Spring has thrown us a few curveballs with its wild weather, but recent fine spells have allowed us to get back out on the scaffold and make great progress on the exterior remediation works. Keep an eye out for our scaffold starting to come down before the end of the year.

We’re maintaining a strong daily presence of around 60–70 people on site, all coordinating closely to get the job done safely and well. A huge thank you to our labour crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and the Aoraki site management team for their continued mahi and commitment.

We also want to acknowledge the ongoing understanding and cooperation of the Herbert Gardens Board, residents, consultant teams, and building managers as we all work together to deliver these important upgrades.
