A beautiful morning to mark a milestone at our First Principles Constructors Limited Martin Square site.

We’re excited the re-roof and exterior refurbishment at 97 Bolcoutt Street is to be completed next month.

There has been a huge amount of new scope to get through to ensure that the existing structure will support the new façade system but cladding is now going on just in time for winter!

We maybe the noisy neighbours yet a lot of work is underway at Herbert Gardens and the residents seem to be appreciating the hard work that is going into their apartments.

The 95-year-old building is being taken good care of from the ground up.

Less than one month to go and it’s all systems go. The students at Tawa College will be back to their gyms in no time.

Over at Tawa College, the weathertightness and strengthening of the old and new gyms are progressing at speed!
