97 Boulcott Street roof nearly completed

The exterior refurbishment works at 97 Boulcott Street are now entering the last phase as we commence the run up to completion next month.

Remedial work within the apartments is coming to a close after all new fire rated steel exterior windows were installed. The exterior painting is completed and focus now remains on completing the installation of new roofing after completing the roof level substrate remediation work.

With scaffold removal soon commencing we thank the apartment occupants for their patience while this work has been carried out around them and look forward to revealing the revitalised façade next month.
