18 George Street

This project involved the remediation of fire damage to a multi-use commercial building at 18 George Street, Stokes Valley.

After extensive fire damage to the original warehouse structure, we began reconstruction works to reinstate the building to a functional state. The building is now split into two commercial premises, one of which will be occupied by the building owner’s business and the other to be leased separately.

The scope of works for this project included:
– new framing and membrane to the roof gutter, followed by a brand new roof.
– internal framing to the mezzanine structure
– new services (sprinklers, electrical switchboard)
– interior fit out & commissioning
