As we get into the swing of 2025, we are getting stuck into a new project involving the weathertightness remediation of the gymnasium facilities (old and new gym, changing rooms and sports administration area) at Tawa College.
This will involve pulling off the existing cladding, investigating the condition of the substrate, making good to any areas of framing that require it, and then replacing the cladding to make it all as good as new. A small amount of structural bracing work will also be done in the old gym.
