Eye Clinic

Eye Clinic is a renovation of an existing building shell, re-strengthening it to bring it up to code, extending the existing mezzanine floor, and ultimately converting it into a super snazzy medical treatment centre for eye related in-patients.

The work involves adding a lift to the building to enable accessible access to both levels and a re-configuration of the existing interior spaces to better utilise them for the Client.  Including adding some off-street parking, a rare commodity these days.
