AMI Repairhub, Ngauranga

11 McCormack Place, Ngauranga, Wellington

This project involved taking the old warehouse and office spaces at 11 McCormack Place, Ngauranga, previously home to the Hiremaster Depot, and converting it into a specialised facility for AMI Repairhub. This is the first Repairhub for the Wellington region, and the 8th in the country.

Our scope of works included:
• Civils works to exterior
• Demolition of select exterior concrete panels, building services, wall linings, ceilings and floor coverings
• Interior fitout works including mezzanine and ground floor office spaces
• Alterations to mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing
• Bespoke joinery for kitchen and reception areas
• Structure and cladding for a custom carwash

Led by Project Manager Gazelle Moinfar, with Steve Kessell as Quantity Surveyor and Zane Wilson on the ground every day as Site Manager driving the works on what is a very rapid programme, which also involved working in with several separate contractors to install specialist equipment.

AMI Repairhub was a great success, gianing practical completion 1 week ahead of programme.
