18-unit Kāinga Ora Housing, Farmer Cres

The Farmer Crescent project will deliver 18 new community homes for Kāinga Ora, spread across nine buildings. These nine buildings comprise of 4x 2 bedroom 2 level duplexes, 4x 2 bedroom 2 level terraces, 8x 3 bedroom 2 level duplexes, and 2x 5 bedroom stand alone houses, all creating a diverse and welcoming neighbourhood for future residents.

Significant new services are being installed to service the development along with a private road and communal bin and recreation areas that will help foster a sense of connection within the community.

Working closely with the Kāinga Ora Housing Delivery System team, our goal is to deliver these much needed homes as efficiently as possible. The completed development will provide warm, healthy homes for the new tenants that will also help strengthen and support the local community.
