18 George Street

This project involves the remediation of fire damage to the commercial building at 18 George Street, Stokes Valley.

After extensive fire damage to the original warehouse structure, we have begun reconstruction works to reinstate the building to a functional state! The building will be split into two commercial premises, one of which will be occupied by the building owner’s and the other to be leased upon achieving Practical Completion.

The scope of works for this project include:
– new framing and membrane to the roof gutter, followed by a brand new roof.
– internal framing to the mezzanine
– new services (sprinklers, electrical switchboard)
– interior linings and finishes, followed by final commissioning and sign off.
