Being from a carpentry background Aaron knows how to build – naturally, a useful skillset for a construction project manager.
With 22 years in the industry, Aaron started his career as a carpenter, gaining experience across both residential and commercial construction before firmly returning to the commercial sector as a Project Manager. What sets Aaron apart is his leadership style and commitment to mentoring and training, consistently achieving successful project outcomes by bringing out the very best in his site teams and subcontractors.
Aaron holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Karate and volunteers his time there to teach others including the Wellington Tournament training squads. In the early hours you’ll find him at the gym working out to stay in peak condition and start the day fresh.
