We maybe the noisy neighbours yet a lot of work is underway at Herbert Gardens and the residents seem to be appreciating the hard work that is going into their apartments.

Less than one month to go and it’s all systems go. The students at Tawa College will be back to their gyms in no time.

The 95-year-old building is being taken good care of from the ground up.

Our Aoraki wāhine have been doing their bit to raise awareness for breast cancer research in New Zealand during the month of May.

Over at Tawa College, the weathertightness and strengthening of the old and new gyms are progressing at speed!

Last week we commenced removal of our temporary tent at All Secure Self Storage Ltd at Epiha St, Paraparaumu.
