Handover day at Strathmore Park

After 9 months on-site at Strathmore Ave we’re pleased to be able to hand over 6x 2-bedroom duplex units and 2x 4-bedroom standalone houses to Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities. A big shout out to our site team – Site Manager Jacob Purdie-Smith, Project Manager Aaron Stephens, Quantity Surveyor Nitin Patel and Project Coordinator Beckie McKinney, for a job well done. We hope the development provides happy homes for a long time to come!
