The structural strengthening at 126 Lambton Quay is approaching completion. With 85% of the new shear walls poured and the heritage façade refurbishment and reinstatement coming to a close, we will soon see the fit out works beginning throughout the floors with the fit out works commencing.

We have reached several milestones over the last few months including laying the new roof membrane, exterior painting, the preparation and installation of two new lifts, and the progression of our Plant Room HVAC install.

We have numerous fit out trades ready to commence work on site, this will progress our core bathroom works, to allow our finishing trades to work their way down the building.

With an eager team on site pushing each day to tackle over 8 levels of open floor space in preparation for future fit out works, Massey House has progressed significantly over the past 12 months with our team and subcontractors hard work paying off.
