The end of this week saw level 1 poured, the ground floor drainage approved, the ground floor being backfilled and compacted, and scaffolding start to go up on the North Eastern side of the building!
July 2021 - Structure takes shape!

Only a last few finishing touches till all of the Treehouses are complete. What a long way they've come since we first got onto site on the 2nd September 2019!
This was a challenging build in that we were building on the sloping site before any permanent paths and access ways had been constructed. Instead we made do with temporary scaffolding accessways and staircases, and had to carefully plan the order of the units' construction so as not to block or limit access when it was needed. And then there was the Covid-19 effect. But we got through it all!
A huge thank you to our main subcontractors on this job for all their efforts in making these what they are today; Vertbuild (carpentry), First Choice Decorators (painting and plastering), AP Plumbing (plumbing), Brien Electrical (electrical), FFE Group (Joinery), Pololitos (tiling). We look forward to working together again in the future.

The scaffolding is coming down and the Treehouses units are now making their mark on the Erskine Development. The entire build team are pushing hard to complete the final stages of the project, clearing the last of the defects before the units have their final clean and are ready for handover.
It has been a great effort by all trades involved, undertaking works in a location that at times proved challenging, as we start to unwrap the end result everyone now gets to appreciate this unique build.
After the bedrooms final paint, they require a few joinery tweaks and then will be finished!
With the tiles, shower glazing, and joinery fitted, we now only require the services to be connected.
The Treehouses looking sleek on the hillside. Once the siteworks has been complete with paths and planting they will be something else!
This unit is just waiting on the dishwasher and oven install, but look at that finish!
With a staggered programme the units are in different stages of completion. This unit is awaiting final joinery installation.
The final 2 units are filled up with the last of the joinery, plumbing fixtures, and electrical fixtures.
